The scale of the projects varies according to specific customer requirements. Some projects involve the provision of basic voice services, whilst others, like the projects for the Ministry of Energy, Water and Communications (KTAK) and the Malaysian Commission for Multimedia and Communications (MCMC), involve the setting up of telephony infrastructure and network using both fixed and wireless technology.

Both these projects aim to bridge the digital divide between urban and rural population. Using various technologies such as VSAT, IVANEX has managed to connect over 214 rural locations nationwide under the Picasso project for KTAK, and 45 rural locations in Perak under the CCDP project for MCMC.
